Founder, Therapist, Executive Coach
I followed my passion and graduated from Wake Forest University with a Masters degree in clinical mental health counseling after a 20 year long award winning career in business development and marketing. Throughout my time in the mental health field, I have gained valuable experience working in addiction treatment settings, inpatient behavioral health facilities, private practice, and community mental health agencies in the Greater Metro Atlanta area. My years of experience working in mental health settings has equipped me with the skills needed to help individuals, couples and groups work through a variety of issues. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to working with you.
I work with children, young adults, individuals and families using an eclectic approach tailored to the unique needs of each new client. I have several years of experience in a variety of settings and with diverse clients, including both long-term and brief interventions. There are so many changes that happen as families grow and develop with the passing years, and I am here to help with these transitions. I am an MSW in the state of Georgia and graduated from Georgia State University with a graduate degree in Social Work and my undergraduate degree in Psychology. I am also continuously seeking to gain more skills and broaden my education participating regularly in additional certification training to add to my existing skill set. I believe that change happens when people are given the guidance, they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives. I provide an environment of compassion and support to help individuals and families overcome obstacles to move forward and thrive.
